Thai Yoga Bodywork is different from other forms of massage in that there is no oil used, you remain comfortably clothed throughout the session, and the practitioner uses a mattress on the floor (as opposed to a table). You wear loose fitting clothing and enjoy the deep relaxation that this form of bodywork brings.
