Why Private Lessons?

Private lessons are a fantastic way to learn yoga. In private lessons, the focus is entirely on you.

The benefits of private instruction are enormous. Many students report that private lessons dramatically deepen their practices physically and spiritually. For many students, private lessons are the only way to go; for others, it's a great addition to their weekly yoga classes.

What happens during a Private Lesson?

Private lessons are run similarly to group yoga classes. The difference is, the focus is all on you and your needs. In a classroom setting, I intuitively determine the general needs of the class and formulate the sequence of that class to meet those needs. In a private lesson, your specific needs are addressed in-depth.

1 hour: $90;  Holiday Special-- $85!    

4 hours (4 1-hr lessons): $350; Holiday Special--$330!  

8 hours (8 1-hr lessons): $680; Holiday Special--$660!    

12 hours (12 1-hr lessons): $990; Holiday Special--$960! 

Payment is required before or at the beginning of the first session. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule; any cancellation made within 24 hours can be rescheduled by discretion or the full amount of the lesson will be charged. A fee of 25% of the total payment received is withheld on all refunds.
